PROCESS & EXPECTATIONS

Once we have agreed your question, I will send you a payment link by email or text message and after I have received payment, I will confirm your reading and ask any follow-up questions I might have, Messages are delivered by email/video call/phone within seven (7) business days. You will receive a PDF of the reading along with an image of the cards turned. I will password this PDF and once you confirm receipt of the email I will text/whatsapp/email you the password to open the document. This is an extra level of cyber security I like to have in place to ensure only yourself can access the messages I send. After you receive the reading, I will do my best to clarify any queries you may have. For those of my clients that prefer to have their readings over a phone call, if you live in the UK, I'm happy to call you directly to discuss and deliver your reading. For those further a field we can I'm sure make arrangements with out the cost of the call being an issue using an internet call in some form.
