What we do

An exciting range of handmade greeting cards that are a little bit out of the ordinary. All our cards are completely handmade. We do not buy in any ready made elements, all the cutting, embossing, painting and assembly is done by hand, in house for each card and is made individually for you.

Free Personalisation

Most cards can be adapted for all ages and the wording of your choice printed on the front of the card and your own wording on the insert. This can include names, dates and verses. Please write your own greeting for the front of the card and personalised message for the insert in the two boxes provided or leave text boxes blank for standard message. At present this personalisation cannot be previewed, however if unsure we can e-mail a Word document with the insert wording for you to approve. If you have any particular requests for the front or insert layout please tell us. 

How to order and is it safe?

Browse through our cards and click on any items that you wish to buy, personalise and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “Checkout”, either Google or Paypal or pay by cheque/postal order. 

Don't have a Paypal or Google account? - Don't worry, at Paypal page you can select pay by Credit Card.

You will then be asked to provide details so that we can securely process your order.

Our Secure Payment Facility checkout uses SSL data encryption for a secure process. 

What is included with the card?

All cards include a matching envelope or box where stated. Most cards include a plain unprinted insert inside which can have the wording of your choice printed on as well as being personalised on the front. To protect unboxed cards they come with a Card Guard which should be placed on top of the cards before sending.

Despatch

We aim to post on the next working day. Please check spellings on personalised cards to avoid delays. Special order despatch by arrangement with the customer. Once your order is despatched we will e-mail you.

Returns

All the handmade cards are made with top quality materials and look far better "on the mantelpiece" than photography can capture.

However in the event you are not happy with your order please contact us so we can rectify the problem. Please return the card within 10 days for a full refund.

Safety

Although each card is made to the highest standard please be aware they contain small parts which may not be suitable for small children.

Privacy Policy

Crystal Cards aim is to demonstrate a clear commitment to your privacy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and Data Protection Act 1998. 

The information you supply (name, address, telephone number and e-mail) is only used for the purpose of processing and despatching your order. Contact information is only used in the event of a problem. You may receive e-mails periodically about new products, services, events or for market research. If you do not require this information please uncheck the newsletter box on registration or contact us with your full details and we can do this for you. This information is not shared with any other companies or made public at any time.

Payment information is taken through Paypal or Google Checkout through our Secure Payment Facility using SSL. The padlock symbol demonstrates your information is encrypted.

We have no third party advertisers on our site but please be aware we are not responsible for policy of sites visited from our Other Resources page.
